8 Years of Growing Naturally

It started with a mom determined to create a healthy home for her newborn son. Years later, Cyndi Prince's passion for protecting the environment has allowed all of us to take thoughtful steps to do the same one laundry load at a time. LooHoo Wool Dryer Balls are made in Maine using 100 percent domestic wool and now sold nationwide—from local craft fairs to high-end retailers.

Quest for a Healthy Home Begins

While pregnant, Cyndi Prince learns that the chemicals in dryer sheets are toxic and children are especially susceptible to exposure. And since Cyndi and her husband were about to do A LOT more laundry and cloth diapers, she crafted balls of wool to act as a natural fabric softener.
